Feedback from participants plays an important role in ensuring that both mentors and mentees continue to benefit from the program.

We hope that everyone has a positive experience and achieves the goals specified in their mentoring agreement, but it's also important that we receive feedback about the not-so-good experiences, so we can make improvements.
